Los Angeles Caltrans

In 2007, Emma completed the construction of a new vehicle repair facility for the city of Los Angeles, Caltrans. The job included the construction of three single-story industrial buildings with a gross total floor area of 70,681 sq ft. Emma built tilt-up structures combined with structural steel frames to house and lift cranes and automotive vehicles. In addition, Emma built the facility to house and accommodate most auto service equipment.
