CSULA Engineering & Technology Building

CSULA contracted Emma Corp. to complete structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical renovation of their Engineering & Technology Building. The building included 6 stories as well as two low rise wings. Some of the enhancements EMMA provided included new shear walls with underpinning, a new monorail system, enhanced laboratories, and the addition of new elevators within the complex.
